Sekt\u00f6rde bug\u00fcne kadar do\u011fru kabul edilen bir\u00e7ok yarg\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda yan\u0131lsama oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan raporun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re; konutta oda kullan\u0131m\u0131 tercihleri de\u011fi\u015fiyor, t\u00fcketici alanlar\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesine raz\u0131 ancak projelerde standard\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda heyecan verici unsurlar ar\u0131yor. Camlar\u0131n yere kadar, evlerin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de olsa ferah ve ayd\u0131nl\u0131k olmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyen t\u00fcketici, Frans\u0131z balkonun normal balkon yerine say\u0131lmas\u0131ndan rahats\u0131z. Mevcut durumda y\u00fczde 35\u2019i site i\u00e7erisinde oturan potansiyel m\u00fc\u015fterilerin y\u00fczde 70\u2019e yak\u0131n\u0131 site tarz\u0131 ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131nda konut sat\u0131n almay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Bir ba\u015fka a\u00e7\u0131dan; site i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n sadece 3\u2019te 2\u2019si yine sitede yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor.
