Son bir ayda ise 5 b\u00fcy\u00fck il aras\u0131nda yer alan Ankara, \u0130zmir ve Antalya\u2019da da fiyatlar yukar\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00e7ok ilana sahip emlak sitesi H\u00fcrriyet Emlak, Ocak 2018 Emlak Endeksi\u2019ni a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. H\u00fcrriyet Emlak Ocak 2018 Emlak Endeksi verilerine g\u00f6re, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l\u0131 fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla kapatan emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fc 2018\u2019e de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapt\u0131. Emlak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in bu y\u0131l da fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 h\u0131z kesmeyecek. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131k konut metrekare ortalama fiyatlar\u0131 son 1 y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 7 art\u0131\u015fla 2 bin 735 TL\u2019den 2 bin 924 TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki konutlar ise y\u00fczde 9 fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla 4 bin 491 TL\u2019den 4 bin 892 TL\/metrekare ortalamas\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131, son bir ayda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. 5 b\u00fcy\u00fck ilde Bursa d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda fiyatlar her ilde artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyat\u0131 en \u00e7ok artan il h\u00e2l\u00e2 Edirne. Edirne\u2019de son bir y\u0131lda fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 36\u2019ya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
