DKY Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Dumankaya, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerine h\u0131z kesmeden devam edeceklerini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ali Dumankaya, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 yasa ile kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn hedeflerine ko\u015farak devam etmesi i\u00e7in daha fazla \u00e7abaya ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Ali Dumankaya, \u201cDeprem ger\u00e7e\u011fi ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olan bir \u00fclke olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen bug\u00fcne kadar ancak 550 bin konutu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebildik. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri ile y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda 100 bin adet konut yenileniyor; ancak as\u0131l hedef, 200 bini \u0130stanbul\u2019da olmak \u00fczere 500 bin konut. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bu hedefe ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin bir an \u00f6nce hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekiyor. Aksi takdirde hali haz\u0131rdaki 100 bin konut d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne ula\u015fmak dahi zor olabilir.
