Emlak Konut GYO, 1 Ocak 2017 &#8211; 31 Aral\u0131k 2017 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 1,1 milyon metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve KDV hari\u00e7 7,7 milyar TL de\u011ferinde sat\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>2017 hedeflerimizi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tutturduk.<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2017 rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren <strong>Emlak Konut GYO Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Murat Kurum: <\/strong>Emlak Konut olarak, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda \u00fclkece ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zorlu s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6temizde ya\u015fanan kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar ile girdi\u011fimiz 2017\u2019yi toparlanma ve yolumuza devam etme y\u0131l\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Bu kapsamda 2017 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n hemen ba\u015f\u0131nda \u201cG\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u00e7in Birlik Vakti\u201d dedik ve finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131yla el ele vererek \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede rekor sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131k. Y\u0131l\u0131n kalan d\u00f6neminde de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn pozitif ivmesini desteklemek amac\u0131yla projelerimizde farkl\u0131 \u00f6deme se\u00e7enekleri ya da bor\u00e7 kapama gibi kolayl\u0131klar sa\u011flad\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda belirledi\u011fimiz hedeflerimizi y\u00fcksek oranda yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 1,1 milyon metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve 7,7 milyar TL\u2019lik sat\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Ayr\u0131ca 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1,8 milyar TL net kar hedeflemekteyiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>2017\u2019de 9 adet gelir payla\u015f\u0131m ihalesi ile 13 milyar TL\u2019lik de\u011fer olu\u015fturduk.<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Murat Kurum sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 performans\u0131 ile birlikte Emlak Konut\u2019un y\u0131l i\u00e7erisindeki di\u011fer faaliyetlerini de de\u011ferlendirdi. \u201cMurat Kurum; Birlikte bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve \u00fclke ekonomimiz 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u0131\u015f etkenlere kar\u015f\u0131 ne kadar diren\u00e7li oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. T\u00dc\u0130K verilerini inceledi\u011fimizde, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ilk ve ikincil el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 3. \u00c7eyrek b\u00fcy\u00fcme rakamlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ekonomimizin %11,1 oran\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu oran t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerinde a\u00e7\u0131klanan 3. \u00c7eyrek de\u011ferleri aras\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini de ta\u015f\u0131yor. Yine 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen yerli otomobil hayali somut bir projeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u0130hracat rakamlar\u0131 toparland\u0131 ve cumhuriyet tarihinin en y\u00fcksek 2. \u0130hracat seviyesine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman bu rakamlar\u0131 \u00e7ok kolay s\u00f6yleyebiliyoruz ancak ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck bir y\u00f6netim ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Bizlerde devletimizin bu gayretini destekler nitelikte y\u0131l boyunca konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da bir\u00e7ok faaliyette bulunduk. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 faaliyetlerimize g\u00f6z att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 1,27 milyar TL de\u011ferinde arsa al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik<a name=\"m_-6888333773403315862__Hlk499736386\"><\/a>. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz 9 adet gelir payla\u015f\u0131m ihalesini ba\u015far\u0131 ile tamamlad\u0131k. Bu ihalelerde yakla\u015f\u0131k 13 milyar TL\u2019lik bir de\u011fer olu\u015fturduk. \u015eirketimiz 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli projelerini tamamlad\u0131. Bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde teslim etti\u011fimiz projelerimizdeki sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 %95\u2019i bulmu\u015f durumda. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise teslimi planlanan projelerimizdeki sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 \u015fimdiden %74 oran\u0131n\u0131 yakalam\u0131\u015f durumda.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>Emlak Konut 2018\u2019de 7,2 milyar TL\u2019lik sat\u0131\u015f ile 1,8 milyar kar hedefliyor<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2018\u2019e dair sekt\u00f6r de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131p \u015firket hedeflerini de a\u00e7\u0131klayan Emlak Konut GYO Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Murat Kurum; ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7en bir y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yakalanan bu ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 devam ettirmek istiyoruz. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fclke ekonomisinin en \u00f6nemli \u00e7arklar\u0131ndan birisi durumunda. \u00c7arpan etkisiyle bir\u00e7ok yan sekt\u00f6re katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz istihdam konusunda da ekonomiye ciddi destekler veriyor. Lokomotif konumdaki sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn 2018\u2019de de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc duru\u015funu ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirece\u011fine olan inanc\u0131m\u0131z tam.<\/p>\n<p>2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem maddeleri aras\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Yine 2018\u2019in \u00fclkemizde artan g\u00fcven ortam\u0131 ile konut ediniminde yabanc\u0131lara sa\u011flanan te\u015fvikler sayesinde konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir y\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz. Bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z zaman 2011-2016 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yap\u0131lan 85 milyar dolarl\u0131k do\u011frudan yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %23 \u00fcn\u00fcn gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliriz. Bu konuda bizlerde yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki organizasyonlara ve fuarlara her y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda da kat\u0131larak tan\u0131t\u0131m ve sat\u0131\u015f faaliyetlerine devam edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut 5,3 milyar TL de\u011ferindeki arsa portf\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7erisinden, \u0130stanbul\u2019da bulunan K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece, \u015ei\u015fli, Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y, Florya, \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y, Bah\u00e7ekent gibi merkezi konumlar\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7eken arsalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ihale etmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. Ayr\u0131ca Anadolu\u2019da Ankara Sara\u00e7o\u011flu\u2019nda ve Samsun gibi illerimizde de ihaleler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Arsa de\u011ferleri yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,1 milyar TL olan s\u00f6z konusu arsalar\u0131m\u0131zla 10 milyar TL\u2019lik i\u015f hacmi olu\u015fturmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihalesini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve ruhsat al\u0131m i\u015flemlerini sonland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projelerimizin lansmanlar\u0131n\u0131 da 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede 2018 i\u00e7in 7,2 milyar TL seviyesinde sat\u0131\u015f hedefimiz bulunuyor.
