T\u00fcmyap\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 165 milyon TL yat\u0131r\u0131m ile hayata ge\u00e7irilen Porta Vadi projesinde teslimatlar 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130stanbul\u2019un en i\u015flek ve merkezi caddelerinden biri haline gelen Cendere Caddesi \u00fczerinde yer alan Belgrad Orman\u0131 ve Sadabat Deresi\u2019ne kom\u015fu olan Porta Vadi, konut, ofis ve ma\u011faza karma projesidir. Levent ve Maslak\u2019a 2 dakika mesafede bulunan Porta Vadi projesi, Hali\u00e7-Kemerburgaz Dekovil Hatt\u0131, Dolmabah\u00e7e-Ayaza\u011fa Karayolu T\u00fcneli, Hasdal-\u00dcmraniye T\u00fcp Ge\u00e7idi, Havaray ve Metro gibi ula\u015f\u0131m akslar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca proje, T\u00fcrk Telekom Stadyumu, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat merkezlerine yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Herkes i\u00e7in nezih bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 yaratabilme arzusu ile gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ad\u0131m atan T\u00fcmyap\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131 ile hayata ge\u00e7irilen ve yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6ren Do\u011fa Evleri ve Finanskent projelerinin ard\u0131ndan Ocak 2017\u2019de in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Porta Vadi projesi ile i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 ve prestijli ya\u015fam\u0131 Ka\u011f\u0131thane Cendere Caddesi\u2019nde bulu\u015fturmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.\u00a0<strong>T\u00fcmyap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cavit Savc\u0131, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyeleri Ru\u015fen Mete Aky\u00fcz, \u015eenol Kaya ve Uygar Kahao\u011flu<\/strong>\u2019nun kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile tan\u0131t\u0131lan Porta Vadi projesinde 76 konut, 166 ofis ve 20 ma\u011faza bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>34 d\u00f6n\u00fcm arsa \u00fczerine 165 milyon TL yat\u0131r\u0131m ile in\u015fa edilen Porta Vadi projesinde farkl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklerdeki ofis ve ma\u011fazalar\u0131n yan\u0131nda, 1+1\u2019den 4+1\u2019e kadar farkl\u0131 konut se\u00e7enekleri sunuluyor. 2018 sonunda teslim edilecek olan Porta Vadi projesinde metrekareleri 95\u2019den 310\u2019a kadar ula\u015fan konutlar\u0131n fiyatlar\u0131 da 900 bin TL ile 3 milyon TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Bas\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lan Porta Vadi projesinde 30 Mart 2018 tarihine kadar \u201c0\u201d pe\u015finat ve \u201c0\u201d faiz f\u0131rsat\u0131 ile pe\u015fin al\u0131mlarda y\u00fczde 25 indirim ve \u015firket b\u00fcnyesinde 36 ay vade se\u00e7ene\u011fi sunuluyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cArt\u0131k herkes ev yerine ya\u015fam alan\u0131 ar\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Gayrimenkul sahibi olmak isteyenlerin beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131layacak projeler geli\u015ftirebilmek amac\u0131yla T\u00fcmyap\u0131\u2019y\u0131 kurduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren\u00a0<strong>T\u00fcmyap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cavit Savc\u0131<\/strong>, \u201c\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin son d\u00f6nemdeki ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir paya sahip. Sekt\u00f6r, \u00f6zellikle sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 istihdam ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7arpan etkisi ile ekonomiye olumlu katk\u0131lar sa\u011flad\u0131. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fimi, 250\u2019ye yak\u0131n alt sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn de ticaret hacmini olumlu y\u00f6nde etkilemi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde son d\u00f6nem ya\u015fanan olumsuzluklara ra\u011fmen her sene yeni sat\u0131\u015f rekorlar\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Yerli ve yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ise gayrimenkule olan ilgisi devam ediyor. T\u00fcmyap\u0131 olarak, merkezi lokasyonlarda konumland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yat\u0131r\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc y\u00fcksek ve yak\u0131n gelecekten ilham alan ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 tasarlamak bizim her projemizdeki ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktam\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Porta Vadi\u2019nin zemininde 112 kilometre beton kullan\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>May\u0131s 2017\u2019de temeli at\u0131lan Porta Vadi projesi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren<strong>\u00a0T\u00fcmyap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Ru\u015fen Mete Aky\u00fcz,\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cT\u00fcmyap\u0131 olarak sadece ev yapm\u0131yor ya\u015fam alan\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Bizim i\u00e7in ya\u015fam alan\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek projenin temelinden ba\u015flar. Her projemizde oldu\u011fu gibi Porta Vadi\u2019de de ak\u0131ll\u0131 alt yap\u0131 sistemlerine \u00f6ncelik verdik. Porta Vadi projemizin zemin ve alt yap\u0131 konular\u0131nda \u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ndeki en yetkin isimlerden dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ald\u0131k. Zemin alt\u0131nda sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla Toplam uzunlu\u011fu 112 kilometreyi bulan beton kolonlar kulland\u0131k. En k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck 1+1 olan dairelerimiz 95 metrekareden, 2+1 dairelerimiz ise 145 metrekareden ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Projemizin konut b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, Belgrad Orman\u0131 ve Sadabat Deresi taraf\u0131nda terasl\u0131 daireler ve \u00e7at\u0131da havuz yer al\u0131yor. Bloklar aras\u0131 mesafesi 35 metre olan projemiz, bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de bir\u00e7ok projeye nazaran daha ferah bir kullan\u0131m sunmaktad\u0131r. Ortak alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmalar ve ya\u011fmur suyunu depolayarak ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n sulanmas\u0131na olanak veren bir sistemin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Porta Vadi\u2019nin keyifli bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olarak hizmet vermesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131 en ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar planlad\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cendere\u2019nin en geni\u015f cepheli projesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Konut, ofis ve ma\u011faza karmas\u0131ndan olu\u015fan Porta Vadi projesinin tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Cendere Caddesi\u2019ndeki en geni\u015f cepheye sahip yap\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten\u00a0<strong>T\u00fcmyap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Ru\u015fen Mete Aky\u00fcz,<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cPorta Vadi projemizin cephesi 300 metredir. Projemizdeki konutlar\u0131m\u0131zda sundu\u011fumuz konforu ofis ve ma\u011faza sahiplerimiz i\u00e7in de sunmaktay\u0131z. Projemizde yer alan ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ift cephe ile hem caddeye hem de dere ve ormana bakacak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131. Metrekare fiyat\u0131 12 bin TL\u2019den ba\u015flayan ofis ve ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tavan y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 6 metreyi buluyor. Projemizde, 48 metrekareden 2 bin metrekareye kadar ofis alanlar\u0131, 113 metrekareden 873 metrekareye kadar ma\u011fazalar bulunuyor. Ofis ve ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131zda fiyatlar\u0131m\u0131z ise 550 bin TL\u2019den 20 milyon TL\u2019ye kadar de\u011fi\u015febiliyor.
