\u2018\u20192018 \u2018e kadar KDV bizden\u2019\u2019<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cK\u00fcresel ve \u00fclkesel geli\u015fmelerin etkilerini ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z dura\u011fan bir y\u0131l ge\u00e7irdik.\u201d A\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulunan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131r\u0131m \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBu dura\u011fanl\u0131k her sekt\u00f6r\u00fc oldu\u011fu gibi in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne de yans\u0131d\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcileri olabildi\u011fince bu durumu fiyatlar\u0131na yans\u0131tmamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kampanyalarla biz de bu durumu desteklemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisine destek sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla kampanya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na h\u0131z verdik. Ofis, d\u00fckk\u00e2n, ma\u011faza, ticari mallar art\u0131 KDV ile fiyatland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, m\u00fc\u015fteri bir de ekstra KDV \u00f6demek zorunda kal\u0131yor. Bizim amac\u0131m\u0131z, sene sonuna geldi\u011fimiz bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7o\u011fu \u015firketin ihtiyac\u0131 olan bu t\u00fcr yap\u0131larda vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n cebinden \u00e7\u0131kacak olan paray\u0131 azaltmak. Y\u00fczde 18 KDV k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u015firket b\u00fcnyemizden kar\u015f\u0131layarak ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kampanyay\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za sunarak karar verme s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczdeki canlanmay\u0131 desteklemek, sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, ticari alan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak ve \u00fclkemize katma de\u011fer \u00fcretebilmek i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir noktada ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na elimiz koymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n

Al\u0131m- sat\u0131m oranlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcme oranlar\u0131 ile paralel olarak ilerledi\u011fini kaydeden Zafer Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m \u201cS\u00f6z konusu b\u00fcy\u00fcme oranlar\u0131, konut ve ofis sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da etkileyecektir. Ekonomimizde ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fcme ile paralel olarak in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de bu b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden nasibini alacakt\u0131r. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n hem b\u00fcy\u00fcme hem de sat\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131nda olumlu ge\u00e7ece\u011fini ve in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u00fczel geli\u015fmelerin ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n
