Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fundan muvafakatnameler al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul&#8217;un en eski yerle\u015fim yerlerinden biri olan Tozkoparan&#8217;da konutlar\u0131n neredeyse \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu depreme dayan\u0131ks\u0131z. Tozkoparanda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Belediyesi vatanda\u015flar\u0131 ma\u011fdur etmemek i\u00e7in <a href=\"http:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?s=tozkoparan\"><strong>Tozkoparan<\/strong><\/a> bilgilendirme Ofis&#8217;ini 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131. Bilgilendirme ofisinde \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131, mimarlar, halkla ili\u015fkiler ve sosyologlar g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor. Hafta i\u00e7i vatanda\u015flar herg\u00fcn ziyaret ederek bilgi alabiliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Y\u0131k\u0131mlar 2018&#8217;de ba\u015flayacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>TOK\u0130<\/strong> ve <strong>G\u00fcng\u00f6ren Belediyesi<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan protokol imzaland\u0131 ve m\u00fclk sahiplerinin baz\u0131lar\u0131na davetiyeler yolland\u0131. Vatanda\u015flar ile uzla\u015fma yap\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Y\u0131k\u0131mlara 2018 sonunda ba\u015flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Yeni konutlar\u0131n teslimleri ise 2022 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tozkoparan&#8217;da Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde ka\u00e7 konut olacak?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?s=tozkoparan\"><strong>Tozkoparan Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/strong><\/a> projesinde 5 bin 560 konut, 6 bin 436 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birim ve 6 bin 351 hissedar yer al\u0131yor.
