Esenler b\u00f6lgesi kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn belediye g\u00fcvencesiyle ba\u015far\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir b\u00f6lge. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda <em>Esenler Belediyesi ve Eskon A\u015e ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Esenler\u2019e de\u011fer katacak <strong>\u00d6m\u00fcr \u0130stanbul projes<\/strong>ini hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bu projede yer almak bizim i\u00e7in k\u0131ymetlidir. Kent ya\u015fam\u0131nda insan unsurunun \u00f6nde oldu\u011fu ki\u015filikli ve y\u00fcksek nitelikli konut \u00fcretmek arzumuzu \u00d6m\u00fcr \u0130stanbul ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. \u00a0Bu proje \u015fehir merkezinde ya\u015famak isteyen al\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in ideal bir tercih oldu\u011fu gibi ayn\u0131 zamanda kazan\u00e7l\u0131 bir yat\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r.
