Bu kapsamda yap\u0131 malzemeleri sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne \u00f6nemli bir sorumluluk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00dcretiminin her safhas\u0131nda inovasyonu oda\u011f\u0131na alan AKG Gazbeton \u0130\u015fletmeleri ODT\u00dc i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle sekt\u00f6re y\u00f6n verirken bu ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz do\u011fal afete kar\u015f\u0131 daha sa\u011flam binalar\u0131n yolunu a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>Topraklar\u0131n\u0131n neredeyse yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n birinci derece deprem b\u00f6lgesi olarak kabul edildi\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de deprem ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir ger\u00e7ek. En aktif deprem ku\u015faklar\u0131ndan Alp-Himalaya deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda yer alan \u00fclkemizde \u00f6zellikle 1999 depremi sonras\u0131 ya\u015fanan can ve mal kayb\u0131, yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda bir\u00e7ok soru i\u015faretine sebep oldu. Son aylarda ya\u015fanan depremler de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve nitelikli yap\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 yeniden g\u00fcndeme getirdi.<\/h4>\n<h4>Hem \u00fclkemizde hem de d\u00fcnyada meydana gelen depremler sonucunda yap\u0131lan incelemelerde binalar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olarak yap\u0131 malzemelerinin yetersizli\u011fi ve temelin sa\u011flam olmamas\u0131 g\u00f6steriliyor. Binan\u0131n deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak in\u015fa edilmesi deprem sonucunda ya\u015fanabilecek hasar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebi.<\/h4>\n<h4>Bu ger\u00e7eklerden yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak son a\u015famas\u0131na gelen ve daha g\u00fcvenli daha sa\u011flam yap\u0131lar in\u015fa etmek amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan, Yeni T\u00fcrkiye Bina Deprem Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi (TBDY) bug\u00fcne dek \u00fclkemizde yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f en kapsaml\u0131 bina deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fidir. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi beklenen y\u00f6netmelikte; yeni yap\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131, mevcut binalar\u0131n analizi ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, deprem esnas\u0131nda yap\u0131 sa\u011flam kalsa dahi olu\u015fan dolgu duvar hasarlar\u0131 engellenecek ve deprem sonras\u0131 yap\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenle kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Y\u00f6netmelik, binalardaki duvarlar\u0131n hasar g\u00f6rmesini, duvarlar\u0131n \u00e7atlamas\u0131n\u0131 ve devrilmesini \u00f6nleyecek tedbirleri i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/h4>\n<h3><strong>\u0130lkleri hayata ge\u00e7iriyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>\u0130\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin t\u00fcm\u00fcnde inovasyonu ve Ar-Ge\u2019yi \u00f6nceliklendiren bir \u015firket olan AKG Gazbeton \u0130\u015fletmeleri, inovatif bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla sadece gazbeton sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in de\u011fil yap\u0131 teknolojileri i\u00e7in de \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00fcretiyor.
