M\u00fcteahhitlerin referandum \u00f6ncesi taleplerini erteleyip referandum sonras\u0131 in\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fine h\u00fccum etmesinin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 beraberinde getirdi\u011fini belirten \u00c7elik \u0130hracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nam\u0131k Ekinci, \u201c\u0130n\u015faat\u00e7\u0131lar projelerinin zaman\u0131n\u0131 ve gereken \u00fcr\u00fcn miktar\u0131n\u0131 bilmelerine ra\u011fmen taleplerini ertelediler. M\u00fcteahhitlerin referandum \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 taleplerini birle\u015ftirip ayn\u0131 anda hepsini birden istemesi ve ayr\u0131ca referandum \u00f6ncesi mecburen ihracata sat\u0131\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n da birle\u015fmesi ile birlikte \u00fcreticiler ge\u00e7ici talep y\u0131\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131lar. Ancak bu sorunu giderebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7elik \u00fcreticisi firmalar\u0131m\u0131z ihracatlar\u0131n\u0131 durdurarak \u00fcretimlerini i\u00e7 piyasa y\u00f6nlendirdiler. Karaborsa iddialar\u0131n\u0131 kesinlikle kabul etmiyoruz. \u0130n\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011finde \u015fu an stokta \u00fcr\u00fcn yok buna ra\u011fmen gelen talebi kar\u015f\u0131layabiliyoruz. As\u0131l \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereken konu \u00fcretilen konut ve binalar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki zorluklar\u0131n ne kadar zamandan beri devam etti\u011fidir. \u00c7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131r hesaplar i\u00e7in g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7isi yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>\u00c7elik \u0130hracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi verilerine g\u00f6re 2017 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Ocak-May\u0131s d\u00f6neminde in\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fi ihracat\u0131 ge\u00e7en senenin ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 10,3 azal\u0131\u015f ile 2,7 milyon ton oldu. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 May\u0131s ay\u0131 in\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fi ihracat\u0131 2016 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 26,8 azalarak 403 bin ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u0130n\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fi ihracat\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe ra\u011fmen \u00fcretimdeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin i\u00e7 piyasaya verildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen <strong>\u00c7elik \u0130hracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nam\u0131k Ekinci<\/strong>, \u201c\u015eu an ya\u015fanan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 her se\u00e7im \u00f6ncesinde olu\u015fan belirsizlikler sebebi ile in\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fine olan i\u00e7 talebin ertelenmesinden kaynakland\u0131. M\u00fcteahhitler projelerinin zaman\u0131n\u0131, hangi ebatlarda ve ne kadar \u00fcr\u00fcne ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu bildikleri halde talepte bulunmad\u0131lar. Referandum \u00f6ncesinde ertelenen ve biriken taleplerin, referandumdan bu yana olan k\u0131sa s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde uygulamaya konulmas\u0131 ile yurt i\u00e7i in\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fi talebinde art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131k. Karaborsac\u0131l\u0131k iddialar\u0131 ise kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u015fu an in\u015faat \u00e7eli\u011fi stoku yok. Buna ra\u011fmen in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn taleplerini kar\u015f\u0131layabiliyoruz. \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcilerinin \u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc su\u00e7lamadan \u00f6nce taleplerini, \u00fcreticilerle anla\u015farak planlamalar\u0131 gerekirdi. Plans\u0131z bir \u015fekilde hareket edilmesi sekt\u00f6rde s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya neden oldu. Ya\u015fanan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ge\u00e7ici olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bir bardak suda f\u0131rt\u0131na kopar\u0131lmas\u0131na anlam veremiyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00c7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00f6nceli\u011fin i\u00e7 piyasa oldu\u011funu alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>Nam\u0131k Ekinci<\/strong>, \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcn 5 saatine tekab\u00fcl eden s\u00fcre\u00e7te yap\u0131lan \u00fcretimde t\u00fcketilen elektrik enerjisi ton ba\u015f\u0131na 25 dolar ilave maliyet art\u0131\u015f\u0131 getirmesine ra\u011fmen \u00fcreticilerimiz konunun olgunluk i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in puant saatlerde de \u00fcretime devam etti. \u00dcretilen konut ve binalar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki zorluklar ne zamandan beri devam ediyor onu da hat\u0131rlamal\u0131.
