Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde 1+1 tipi evlerde art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 5,9 olarak ya\u015fand\u0131. Oysa bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l olan 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 \u015fubat ay\u0131nda 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 \u015fubat ay\u0131na g\u00f6re 5 ve \u00fcst\u00fc oda say\u0131s\u0131na sahip olan evlerde yeni konut fiyat endeksi art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 2,7 artarken 1+1 tipi konutlarda ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 9,5 olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7mi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3+1 dairelere ilgi daha \u00e7ok artt\u0131<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><br \/>\nBu y\u0131l\u0131n \u015fubat ay\u0131 ile ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 3+1 tipi konutlara da ilginin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zleniyor. Bu konut tipinde yeni konut fiyat endeksinin y\u00fczde 4,6 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zleniyor.
