Endekste fiyatlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc merkezlerden biri olan \u0130stanbul 96&#8217;nc\u0131, Bodrum ise 98&#8217;inci oldu. Aral\u0131k 2014-Aral\u0131k 2015 d\u00f6neminde ise \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki l\u00fcks konut fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 13 artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130stanbul bu art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131yla 100 kentin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 listede Kanada kenti Vancouver, Avustralya kenti Sidney ve \u00c7in kenti \u015eanghay&#8217;\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c7\u0130N KENTLER\u0130 U\u00c7TU<\/h2>\n<p>100 merkezin ortalamas\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda fiyatlar\u0131n 2016&#8217;da y\u00fczde 1.4 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen Knight Frank raporunda, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131lda ortalama fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 1.8 oldu\u011fu hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.
