Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ad\u0131na arka arkaya gelen \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc canland\u0131racakt\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu bu karardan \u00f6nce al\u0131c\u0131lar istedikleri zaman cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi tek tarafl\u0131 feshedebiliyorlard\u0131. Ancak bu fesih nedeniyle konutun sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya sat\u0131\u015f vaadi s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiyle olu\u015fan vergi, har\u00e7 ve benzeri yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden do\u011fan masraflar sat\u0131c\u0131y\u0131 zor durumda b\u0131rak\u0131yordu.
