Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00f6rnek projelerinden biri olacak \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/emlaktuel.com\/?s=toki\">TOK\u0130<\/a>\u00a0 Beyo\u011flu S\u00fctl\u00fcce Projesi, Miniat\u00fcrk\u2019den Rahmi Ko\u00e7 M\u00fczesi\u2019ne uzanan etkinlik havzas\u0131n\u0131n merkezinde yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yerel y\u00f6netimlerle i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7in- de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin genelinde 55 milyon metrekare alanda \u00fclkemizin en b\u00fcy\u00fck Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hareketini y\u00fcr\u00fcten TOK\u0130, \u0130stanbul Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda yeni bir projeye imza at\u0131yor. TOK\u0130\u2019nin Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tek bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cG\u00fcvenli Yap\u0131lar G\u00fczel \u015eehirler Projesi\u201d kapsam\u0131nda, Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi ile birlikte S\u00fctl\u00fcce\u2019de yeni bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olu\u015fturuluyor. 16 bin 131 metrekare alan \u00fczerinde 1.Etab\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irilecek proje, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 ve 4+1 planda 397 adet konut, 16 d\u00fckkan ve k\u00fclliyeden olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<h2>B\u00f6lge i\u00e7in pilot proje<\/h2>\n<p>S\u00fctl\u00fcce Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm proje alan\u0131, Miniat\u00fcrk, Santral \u0130stanbul, S\u00fctl\u00fcce Kongre Merkezi ve Rahmi Ko\u00e7 M\u00fczesi gibi kentsel etkinlik merkezlerinin ortas\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Yenilenme s\u00fcrecindeki tasar\u0131mda, b\u00f6lgedeki sorunlu yap\u0131la\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131nmevcut di\u011fer projelerle entegrasyonu g\u00f6zetiliyor. \u0130ki etap halinde geli\u015ftirilen pilot proje, Hali\u00e7 panoramas\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131dan g\u00f6ren \u00f6zel bir konuma sahip. Mahalle konsepti i\u00e7inde ele al\u0131nan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, alan\u0131n e\u011fimli konumu ile Hali\u00e7 manzaras\u0131na bakan \u00f6nemli perspektifler sunuluyor.
